The GigaHome ‘Don’t buy, just try’ offer is where customers can try Vodafone’s Fibre or 5G products without the three months’ lock in. Once the customer signs up, they just need to pay a refundable connection fee and will have one (1) month to decide whether to continue the service or not without paying any monthly rentals of the eligible plan. After the 1 month period, the connection fee becomes non-refundable but the customers can still enjoy two months’ without any bill payments.

For GigaHome fibre - You need to pay a connection fee in advance (“Fibre connection fee”) such as 250,350 or 500 QR based on the plan you select. In addition, if you want to get the Vodafone Giga TV then you will pay 100 QR extra for the Set Top Box (STB). After the first month if you decide to continue then the Fibre connection fee is non-refundable and you will get next two (2) month free in addition to the first trial month. After completing the three months trial, you will continue to pay the normal monthly Plan charges including the three months minimum service period. If you decide to discontinue, you have to visit the Vodafone store before the first month’s bill is generated (30 days) and you will be refunded the Fibre connection fee you paid at the time of subscription and return the STB in good working condition. In case the STB is lost or not in working condition you will be liable to pay 450 QR.
For GigaHome 5G Classic Plan - You need to pay a 750 QR connection fee (“5G connection fee”). If after the first month you decide to continue using the service then the 5G connection fee will become un-refundable and you will get 2 months free in addition to the first trial month. After completing the three months, you will continue to pay the normal monthly rentals including the three months minimum service period of three months. If you decided to discontinue, you will have to visit the Vodafone store before the first month bill is generated (30 days) to discontinue the service and return the 5G Router in a good condition to get back the 5G connection fee.
If the router is lost or damaged the customer must pay the full amount of 1800 QR, which is the cost of the router.
You just need to visit any Vodafone store, and we will arrange for your Fibre GigaHome services to be shifted to your new location provided it is available in the new location. All we need is your new Kahramaa (electricity) number for the new premises.
