Doha, Qatar, 8 March 2023: Vodafone Qatar P.Q.S.C. (the “Company”) has announced that in accordance with Article (29.2) of its Articles of Association, Vodafone and Qatar Foundation LLC, the private founder of the Company, has appointed Mr. Nasser Abdulla Nasser Al Misnad as a new Board member to the Company replacing Mr. Nasser Hassan Al Naimi and representing the Private Founder.
