  3. Can I change the location which I chose on the Pre-order?
    Pre-orders can be picked up from Villaggio and City Centre Mall stores only or if you have selected home delivery at the time of pre-order. No changes can be made to the collection location once the pre-order was confirmed. In case You do not pick up the Handset from the designated Store then we will refund the payment made to the same credit card used to make the purchase within 14 days.

  4. I cannot go to collect the pre-order, can someone else go instead?
    Yes, however, that person will needs to provide the original QID, credit card used when the pre-order was placed, SMS notification, and order receipt.

  5. I did not get my Pre-order email/SMS, what do I do?
    You can verify your order in the Vodafone store on the launch day with the order receipt given at the time of pre-order.

  6. How can I cancel my pre-order?
    You can chat with us through My Vodafone App or visit any Vodafone store to request cancellation. In case of cancellation due to any reason, your full payment will be refunded within 14 working days. The amount will be fully transferred to the card you used when you pre-ordered the Handset.

  7. Can I change my device selection for a different model after placing the order or during the delivery?
    You cannot change the specifications of your pre-order (change of colours, of models, of capacity, etc) once it was concluded online.

  8. Until when can I pre-order?
    The pre-order for the Huawei Pura 80 Series will be until 27th August 2025.

  9. Can I Trade in an old device to pre-order the new Huawei Pura 80 Series?
    This service is not yet available during the pre-order period. We will send a communication on our website and on our Social Media accounts once Trade in is available for these newly announced devices.

  10. What warranty do I get when I buy the Handset from Vodafone Qatar?
    You will get the standard one (1) year warranty when you buy the Handset from Vodafone Qatar.

  11. How many Handsets can I order using one 1 QID?
    Customer can pre-order up to five (5) Handsets per QID/Passport number (with a local credit card) and pre-order one (1) Handset (with an international credit card).

  12. Can I use international credit cards to Pre-order the Handset?
    Yes, but you can pre-order only one (1) Handset (with an international credit card).

  13. Can I use my passport to pre-order the Handset?
    Yes, you can pre-order up to five (5) Handsets per Passport number (with a local credit card) and pre-order one (1) Handset (with an international credit card).

  14. Is home delivery free?
    Yes, Home delivery is free.
