These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Devices and Accessories offered by Vodafone Qatar P.Q.S.C. (“Vodafone”) and for payments made through the QNB FlexiPlan exclusively for QNB credit cardholders (“Bank”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you avail these services you agree to the terms and conditions below. These Terms and Conditions are supplemental to any other service terms and conditions that you/customer (“You”) may have with Vodafone and QNB.

  1. Purpose
    1. These terms and conditions govern the sale of the Devices and Accesories indicated on the receipt purchased by you using the QNB FlexiPlan services.
    2. The sale agreement was processed on the QNB FlexiPlan in Vodafone’s retail stores.
    3. Vodafone will process a sale of Devices and Accessories with a minimum required purchase of QR500 up to the limit available in your QNB credit card.

  2. Purchase by Instalment
    1. By processing a payment through the FlexiPlan Terminal (QNB designated payment terminal), you irrevocably authorize the Bank:
      • to pay in full the price agreed between you and Vodafone for the Devices and Accessories you purchased; and
      • to charge to your Credit Card Account a fixed monthly instalment agreed with Vodafone until the price of the Devices and Accessories has been charged in full to the Credit Card Account.
    2. The FlexiPlan scheme may not be used if the value of the Devices and Accessories you purchased is less than QR500.
    3. You may not use the FlexiPlan scheme under a temporary Credit Card limit increase.
    4. You may not make a partial payment of goods or services by means of the FlexiPlan scheme.
    5. Upon processing the transaction, your available credit card limit will be reduced by the total amount of the transaction. The Bank will progressively restore your credit card limit as and when the instalment payments are received by the Bank.
    6. Each month an equal instalment amount shall be charged to the credit card account and included in the minimum amount payable as per the credit card terms and conditions.
    7. Interest and late payment charges will be levied on any overdue Instalment along with all other amounts that remain overdue in the credit card account in accordance with the terms and conditions that apply to your credit card.

  3. Acceleration/Transfer of Payment
    1. The Bank may, at its discretion, without notice and at any time, prevent you from availing of the FlexiPlan scheme to you, or accelerate all or part of the Instalment Plan by charging all or part of the price for the purchase price to the Card Account. This may happen in particular if:
      • the Card Account is cancelled or terminated (or notice of cancellation or termination has been given) by you or the Bank for any reason whatsoever;
      • you default in the payment of any amounts due in relation to a Credit Card payment;
      • you breach any other provision of the Credit Card Terms and Conditions, this Terms and Conditions, or any other agreements between the Bank and you; or
      • you decease, or a bankruptcy petition is presented against you, or you are unable to pay your debts as they fall due.
    2. The Bank reserves the right not to approve the transfer of any FlexiPlan from one Card Account to another Card Account or another account with the Bank.

  4. Indemnity
    1. You agree to indemnify and hold Vodafone and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, subcontractors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due, connected to, or arising out of you or your breach of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

  5. Miscellaneous
    1. This agreement shall be governed and interpreted by the law of the State of Qatar.
    2. Any and all disputes which may arise between the Parties as to the existence, validity, effectiveness, interpretation, execution and / or termination of this Agreement shall be referred exclusively to the Courts in Qatar.

  1. What is the Refurbly Device Subscription and how can I pay the subscription?
    It’s a 12-month device lease subscription plan with the option to upgrade to new model after a year or renew at a lower rate. Customer can pay the monthly device lease subscription along with their Vodafone post-paid bill.

  2. Is this a purchase or a lease and who is eligible for this plan?
    It's a device lease subscription plan offered to selected Vodafone customers only during pilot phase.

  3. Who do I sign the agreement with?
    You sign a contract with Refurbly LLC. Vodafone will be responsible to manage billing and delivery.

  4. Can prepaid customers apply?
    No. It’s available for selected Vodafone post-paid customers only.

  5. What documents do I need to sign up?
    A valid QID and an active Vodafone post-paid voice account.

  6. When will I receive the phone?
    Directly if you buy in store. Home delivery usually takes 1–2 working days from the time of order.

  7. What if I’m not available during delivery?
    The courier will try to contact you and reschedule. QID and signature on the contract are required upon delivery.

  8. What if the phone is damaged or faulty on arrival?
    You must inspect the device up on delivery and before signing the contract. Any issue with the Device should be immediately reported to the Vodafone Service centre (Qatar Mobile) for support.

  9. Can I change my mind after signing the contract and receiving it?
    Yes. However, it's a Device lease plan and the subscription will start once the phone is delivered and contract is signed. If you port out or terminate your Vodafone Post-paid line or migrate to Prepaid or upgrade/downgrade device before the current contract end date, then the following conditions shall apply:
    • Pay minimum 12 months subscription and return the phone to Vodafone in good working condition to facilitate port out/line termination.
    • if you wish to keep the phone or if the device is not in an acceptable condition, then customer must pay minimum 12 months subscription plus an additional 50% of original purchase price of the device to facilitate port out/line termination.

  10. Can I choose the colour of my iPhone?
    Yes, during order confirmation subject to stock availability of the eligible model

  11. Can I have the phone delivered to a different address?
    Yes, as long as it’s within Qatar and based on a successful verification of your QID at the time of delivery.

  12. Do I need to be present at the time of delivery?
    Yes. The person whose name is on the subscription contract must show QID and sign on the subscription contract and delivery note

  13. Is insurance included?
    Yes. It covers accidental damage, liquid damage, screen damage, loss or theft for the 1st Year only, insurance value is capped up to the original value of the device as per contract. To claim insurance, you need to ensure that there is no overdue against their monthly Vodafone Post-paid subscription.

  14. What are the claim conditions?
    You can make up to 2 claims. Insurance cover is capped up to the original value of the device. Vodafone Service centre will charge QAR 99 per claim which needs to be paid by the customer. Any claim must be reported within 48 hours with a valid Police report issued by the relevant authorities in Qatar if the phone is lost or stolen.

  15. Who handles insurance claims?

  16. What if I lose or break the phone — am I covered?
    Yes. These situations are covered under your insurance and capped up to the original value of the device, provided the claim is reported within 48 hours with a valid Police report issued by the relevant authorities in Qatar. Claims against Lost/Stolen devices outside Qatar will not be covered under insurance.

  17. Will my old data be transferred to the new phone?
    Considering the security risks, data transfer is to be managed and responsibility of the owner of the device.

  18. How do I know my data is safe after I return the phone at the end of the contract period?
    Refurbly uses GSMA-certified, military-grade data wipe to erasure customer data is erased safely. Customer must also ensure to back up and then erase all personal data from the device, sign out from Find My iPhone/iCloud before handing over the device to Vodafone.

  19. Is this offer environmentally friendly?
    Yes. Phones are refurbished and reused, hence reducing e-waste.

  20. Can I get a replacement phone while mine is being repaired?
    No, in case of a repair, Service centre will ensure the phone is repaired and handed over to the customer as soon as possible.

  21. How long does a repair take?
    Typically, 2-3 hour on a business day, however repair time may vary based on part availability.

  22. Can I cancel the subscription early or upgrade to new device before 12 months?
    Yes. You can end the contract early or upgrade to new device before 12 months by either

    (a) paying the remaining monthly subscription and returning the current device in good working condition, or

    (b) paying the remaining subscription plus 50% of the current device's original value as per contract if you wish to keep the phone.


  23. Can I buy the phone after 12 months?
    Yes, in order to buy the phone after 12 months, you need to make sure that there are no outstanding of subscription plus pay an additional 50% of original price of the device as per contract.

    OR

    At the end of the subscription term (12 Months), the customer can return the current device in good working condition and upgrade to the latest similar device model for the same monthly cost by sign up for a new contract.

    OR

    Towards end of the subscription term the customer can also sign up for a new contract to continue the device lease subscription for the same device at 50% lower cost by visiting select Vodafone stores. (Customer must visit Vodafone store min 7days prior to bill cycle or 12 Months contract expiry).

If the Customer does not return the device or sign up for a new contract to continue the service at a lower cost, the subscription will continue at the current monthly rate for the next 12 months. Ownership of the device will be transferred to the customer after twenty-four (24) months from the 1st Subscription date.

    Vodafone’s Buy Now Pay Later allows partner bank’s credit cardholders to purchase devices and accessories at Vodafone retail stores & eShop. This is an easy monthly instalment plan with no down payment, no fees and 0% interest for up to 12 months.

  2. Which credit cards can I use?
    • For Vodafone stores, you can use QNB and CBQ credit card.

  3. What if I’m using another bank’s credit card?

    The minimum purchase amount is QR 500 per transaction.

    You can buy any device or accessory From Vodafone eShop with a minimum transaction amount of QR 500.

  6. Can I use the service to pay Vodafone Bills?
    No, the service is only valid for device or accessories purchases From Vodafone eShop and cannot be used for anything else including bill payment etc.

  7. How many devices can I purchase with Buy Now Pay Later service?
    There is no limit at on the number of transactions or devices you can purchase, as long as you have available credit limit on your credit card.

  8. What if I change my mind and want to return the device and reverse the transaction?
    Vodafone’s return policy of 7 days on devices & accessories is still applicable as long as the device/accessory is sealed and still in sellable condition. Once the device/accessory is returned in good condition we will reverse the transaction and your credit card will be refunded within 14 days.
