DOHA, Qatar, 22 May 2022: Vodafone Qatar has announced that it will be the official partner of the Red Bull Neymar Jr´s Five World Finals 2022, set to take place on May 24 in Doha, Qatar at the Ceremonial Court, Education City. Vodafone Qatar, as a key telecom partner of Red Bull in Qatar, has been the official partner of Red Bull Neymar Jr’s Five Qatar Local Qualifiers for the past three years and in 2022 is continuing its support to the local teams to deliver a world-class event.
In line with Vodafone Qatar’s three key pillars of sustainability, sports and innovation, the event brings together sports enthusiasts from around the world to compete in an exciting tournament and share their passion for football. The teams and delegates will enjoy Qatar’s hospitality and witness its preparations for its biggest year of football to date.
Red Bull Neymar Jr’s Five is the Brazilian football star Neymar Jr’s signature tournament, as well as the biggest five-a-side tournament in the world. It brings players aged 16 to 35 together from across the globe, and various countries around the world will host the tournament qualifiers, where players compete to make it through to the finals.
This year’s final will include more than 60 teams from 34 countries, to create the ultimate tournament, after which the World Final winners will have the chance to play against Neymar Jr himself.
