Typical roles

HR Business Partner

We offer specialist HR support on all aspects relating to people, ensuring that each function achieves its well-thought out, strategic goals. This role is super important when it comes to integrating people with our company strategies. Simply by utilising designated business partners for each area of the business, this position will see the ideal individual working with senior leadership. Ask yourself this. Do you have a will for influencing people strategy? Do you see yourself as a leader and manager of talent, with a knack for driving organisational effectiveness? If you can, then don’t delay in getting yourself seen by us.

Reward Specialist

If you relish the chance of working within your own business area, you could be just what we’re looking for. As a key contact for all reward enquiries and sticking to our reward agenda, you’ll guide managers on pay ranges, annual reviews, bonuses and recognition plans.

With such a varied role on offer, you’ll look forward to driving improved employee engagement whilst analysing cost saving opportunities that support the wider people agenda.

Interview

If we think you might be a suitable match, we’ll invite you to take part in a phone, video or face-to-face interview, depending on your current location. It’s at this point we really want to get to know you, and see how you could be the perfect addition to the team and how we can help you develop in the future. Depending on the role, you may also be invited to take part in an assessment centre which could involve a presentation or other role-specific tests. It’s important that you get to know us as well. You need to know your future is with Vodafone.

The Offer

After your interview we’ll get back to you with feedback and, if you’re successful, start the process of welcoming you to Vodafone. Please note – we’ll need to run some pre-employment screening before you join us, and all offers are subject to passing these checks.
