It is simple, all you have to do is bring your old or current iPad(s) to select Vodafone store for the valuation of your old or current iPad. The final sale value of your device will based on fixed criteria such as:

• iPad model
• Device functionality
• Battery functionality
• Screen intactness

Only the old/current iPad device is needed to complete the trade-in. You don’t need to bring the following item- iPad box, charger, headset and any other accessories.

Before you hand over the device, you should:

• Log out from ‘Find my iPad’ and ‘iCloud’.
• Remove your SIM( applicable for cellular series)
• Delete all personal information on the device
• Rest the device to Factory Settings
