In order to subscribe to Vodafone GigaHome Wi-Fi, you can visit our website ( https://www.vodafone.qa/en/gigahome ) to leave your details. You will then receive a call from our agent to guide through the plans and get an appointment for the installation of home internet at your home.
Where can I get GigaHome services?
You can get Vodafone GigaHome Wi-Fi services anywhere in Qatar. You can now get guaranteed Wi-Fi in your home with 4G+,5G and Fibre using the GigaWifi Hub. The GigaWifi Hub is an innovative WiFi technology that guarantees Wi-Fi coverage for every size of home.
5G and Fibre is available in select areas:
GigaNet Fibre services is available in The Pearl, Westbay, Lusail, Barwa City, Wukair, New Musheireb Downtown, Mall of Qatar, Aspire zone.

Is there any fees for the Wi-Fi router if I get a new home internet line?
Your new wireless Wi-Fi router becomes FREE of cost. All You need to pay is an upfront payment of QR350 and then you will receive a cash back of 50 QAR per month for the first 7 month’s period (this applies on 4G Plans 250, 350 and 500.
For the GigaNet 5G router, there is a monthly QR150 rental for GigaHome Classic and Premium. For the GigaHome VIP, the 5G router is free.
I am moving my house, how do I get GigaHome in my new house?
You just need to visit any of Vodafone stores and we will arrange for your GigaHome services to be shifted to your new location for free. All we need to do is share your new Kahramaa (electricity) number, or your new address, of the new premises you are moving to.
How much do I pay for new installation or moving houses?
No charges for new installation or moving to new home .
How can I change an appointment for new installation?
You will receive a call from us for your initial appointment. You can inform us about your convenient time during this call. If you wish to reschedule your appointment after this call, you may chat with us via ‘My Vodafone App’ or call us on 111.
What if my area is not eligible for Vodafone GigaNet Fibre services?
Don't worry… If your area is not eligible for Vodafone Fibre services, you can get one of the Vodafone Home Internet Wireless Services including 5G in select locations.
What is the new GigaNet Wi-Fi Hub? How can I subscribe?
GigaNet Wi-Fi Hub is an innovative technology that guarantees Wi-Fi coverage for every size home. The first Wi-Fi Hub unit will be connected to your router and you can add additional units in the best places of your house to ensure a full Wi-Fi coverage. The Wi-Fi Hub is available with all GigaHome Wi-Fi plans for applicable fee. My GigaHome Wi-Fi is not working, how can I solve the problem?
You can contact us through the Vodafone App and chat with us, or you can call our Contact centre through your landline number on 111.
Are the GigaHome Wi-Fi plans available at Vodafone Stores?
Yes, you can visit any Vodafone store and request for the GigaHome Wi-Fi plans. Vodafone Sales agent will guide you to subscribe to a suitable plan for you.
Can I make phone calls with the GigaHome Wi-Fi plan?
Yes, you will have a landline number associated with the line. You can connect any landline phone to the Wi-Fi router and you can call unlimited local landline numbers. However, Landline is not available on GigaHome Essential 4G+ plans.
What other benefits I will get with the GigaHome Plan?
Vodafone Entertainer is available for free for 12 months on all GigaHome Plans except GigaHome Essential Plans. You will get a free three (3) months subscription on WAVO by OSN with any Vodafone GigaHome Plan. The Vodafone Entertainer and WAVO terms and conditions are available at https://www.vodafone.qa. .
What are the Cancellation charges?
If You wish to discontinue and/or terminate the Service during the Minimum Subscription period You will be liable to pay the applicable Charges for the remainder period of the Minimum Subscription, the charges referenced under 2(c) and any other charges as set out in this Agreement.
(c) If You discontinue and/or terminate this Agreement before the expiry of the twelve months from the day the Service is made available to You, You will be liable to pay remaining pro-rated amount for that CPE e.g. Wi-Fi Mesh & 5G Router (by way of example, if you terminate the Agreement within the fifth month, You will be liable to pay the remaining seven months amount of WI-Fi Mesh); and (iii) any other applicable Charges as set out in this Agreement.
