  • How do I deactivate my Voicemail?
    You can deactivate your Voicemail notifications, by dialling *100#. Choose Voicemail Settings and then Voicemail Off/ Missed Calls On.
  • What to do if you have a complaint?

    If for any reason you are not happy with our service and want to make a complaint, you may contact us in the following ways:

    By phone:

    Call us at 111 for free from your Vodafone line or the toll free number 800 7111 from any other line. If you’re outside Qatar, you can call us at +974 7700 7111 (charges apply).

    Write us

    By visiting a store:

    Through our online channels:

    Write to us on Facebook or Twitter.

    Once a valid complaint (Complaint) is received by Vodafone through any of the channels above, a complaint reference number will be issued to you. We will try our best to resolve the Complaint within the timeframes mentioned below:

    Mode of Complaint Expected response time
    Phone Immediate – if cannot be resolved, complaint is escalated and will be responded to within 15 days
    Email Within 24 hours – if cannot be resolved, complaint is escalated and will be responded to within 15 days
    Stores Immediate – if cannot be resolved, complaint is escalated and will be responded to within 15 days
    Online Channels Within 24 hours – if cannot be resolved, complaint is escalated and will be responded to within 15 days

    If the expected response time exceeds the times indicated above, you will be notified of this.

    Should your Complaints  not be addressed by Vodafone satisfactorily  within a period of 30 calendar days from when you first contacted us, you may contact the CRA by email at info@cra.gov.qa or by phone at +974 4499 5353 (charges apply).

    You can dial *100# to check your balance, activate a scratch card, activate or deactivate your voicemail or to forward calls.
