    Yes, the amount limit varies with your carrier and location. If the payment amount exceeds the limit, the “Add a phone number to pay” option will be grayed out.

  9. How to cancel subscriptions?
    Go to Settings > Account Center > Payment and Purchases > Subscriptions and touch the service for which you need to cancel the subscription. Once cancelled, no deduction will be made from your account from the next month or payment cycle.

  10. What is the Payment Password?
    When you use a payment method for the second time, you will be asked to set a six-digit Payment Password. This password is different from your Huawei ID Account password. You will need to enter your Payment Password to verify your subsequent payments.

    The payment password can be set in the following ways.
    • When you use a payment method for the second time, you will be asked to set a Payment Password.
    • Go to Settings > Account Center > Payment and Purchases > Settings > Payment Password.

    After a payment is successful, an SMS will be sent to your phone number. Note that whether an SMS is sent or not, this depends on your carrier network.
