The VoLTE logo will be shown in the top bar of your handset screen. - How would I know if my handset does not support VoLTE?
Once you go to Settings, VoLTE call option will be greyed out. - Do I need to use any particular app to make VoLTE calls?
No, you just need to make normal phone call as you do from your smartphone on Vodafone network. If your phone is VoLTE enabled and VoLTE is switched on, you will automatically experience HD+ quality voice calls. Lot of phones will also show an icon of HD+ when you are making a phone call.
