What are the Data Plans from Vodafone?
Vodafone’s has various new Postpaid Data Plans for internet access for devices such as Tablets, USB sticks, Smartphones, Hotspots Gaming Devices , Laptops, USB modems, WIFI devices, mobile broadband routers and other smartphone devices etc. (“Device”). Our new Data Plans keep your Devices connected on the go with high speeds supported by Vodafone’s all new network., so there’s no more searching for Wi-Fi or worrying about internet speeds. If you are looking for an internet connection that you can use on the move, we have made it easy for you to choose from wide range of wireless internet data plans that best suit your needs
Which Data plan is right for me?
You should select the Data Plan depending on your monthly internet usage. If you are a heavy user, we suggest selecting the Data Plan 500, which offers an unlimited data bundle every month

What if I don’t have a Vodafone Postpaid Voice connection?
For customers who don’t currently have a Vodafone Postpaid plan or do not wish to buy a new voice connection, they can still enjoy 30% lifetime discount on the Data Plan’s monthly fee. Existing customers who upgrade their Data plan will also be eligible for this Offer. This is permenant promotion.
What happens if I use up my free data allowance before the end of the month?
If you are a Postpaid Data Plan customer and finished your free data allowance before end of your bill cycle, you can still use data at a rate of 10 Dhs per MB.
What happens if I do not use all of my data before the end of the month?
All Data Plans are valid for one bill cycle and any remaining data bundle will expire.
If I have a Postpaid/Prepaid line and want to increase my data allowance, can I add one of the Data Plans to this line?
No, Data Plans need to be purchased as a separate line. You can Buy a new Data Plan online or from any Vodafone retail store.
Can I use one of the Data Plans on my smartphone?
Yes, Data plans work on smartphones, tablets, USBs, MiFi and laptops. You can even make calls using the Data Plans SIM card however you will be charged at the standard Postpaid calls rate.
Can I have a Data Plan and a Postpaid Plan for voice on the same SIM?
No, Data Plans are available on a separate SIM and are designed for internet access on devices such as Tablets, Laptops, USB modems, WIFI devices, mobile broadband routers and other smartphone devices. You can use other services on these lines which be charged at standard out of bundle rates for postpaid which can be seen at http://www.vodafone.qa/en/plans-and-numbers/postpaid/classic-100/postpaid-rates

Can I change between Data Plans within the 12 month period?
Yes, you can change between Vodafone Data plans.
If I wanted to change my Data Plan, what fees do I need to pay?
You can change your Data Plan without any additional fees. However, you will lose your discount if you change your Data Plans.
What devices can I use with Data Plans?
There are a number of ways to enjoy internet services on the go with Data Plans:
- Vodafone USB stick: We have a great selection all with self-installing software – simply plug it in and start surfing.
- Vodafone MiFi: If you want to share your internet connection when you’re on the move, then go for our stylish Vodafone MiFi. This portable mini WiFi hotspot allows up to five simultaneous users. You can invite your friends to jump onto your internet connection or you can even use your other WiFi enabled devices such as your portable game console to go online.
Tablets and laptops: Some tablets and laptops have a 3G module built in. If you have one of these, just insert the SIM into your device, configure the software of your laptop vendor and you’re good to go.
I want to use other connection software (e.g. the one that came with my 3G enabled notebook). What are the settings for Data Plans?

Why is the speed sometimes slow?
Sometimes the network is unable to deliver sufficient signal strength. This could be because you are outside the 4G network coverage area, or are using a device that is not 4G enabled.
