  1. What is Shoof?
    • Shoof is an entertainment based mobile application available for both android and iOS users.
  2. How to download the app?
    • Android Users can search the app on Play Store whereas iOS users can find it in App Store
  3. How to login to the app?
    • To Sign In, user should press the Sign in button which is at the bottom of the Sign in Screen. User will receive OTP which he needs to enter to Sign In into app.
  4. What kind of contents does the app provide?
    1. LIVE TV Channels:
      • Currently there are over 100 Live TV channels in Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Nepali, and Bengali and over 70 Nepali, Hindi, Bengali, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu FM stations.
    2. Radio & FMs:
      • We also have 8 FM stations (Radio Olive + Radio Suno) available in Qatar.
    3. Content Partners:
      • With over 40 Genres of documentaries from DocuBay.
      • Huge library of Turkish & Arabic content from Blu TV.
      • 3000 + movies & series from Eros Now
      • 1000 + movies from Hungama Play
      • Premium Nepali movies

  5. Are the contents free or should I pay for the contents?
    • All the Video on Demand contents have a minimum subscription fee wherein all Live TV channels & Radio/FM channels are free for all.
  6. What VoD subscription plans are available?
    • There are three subscription plans available:
      1. 30 days Pack: QR 15
  7. Is the payment refundable?
    • No, it is not refundable.
  8. Do I have to pay for the data usage as well?
    • Yes, you will be charged the standard applicable data rates.
  9. How to buy one of the plans?
    • Once you Sign in to the app, just click on image of any movie and subscribe to one of the three plans. Then a dialog with all the Pack options appears. User can proceed further by clicking on any one of the plans. Amount will be deducted from your balance and deduction SMS will be received on sign in number. This plan is available only for Vodafone customers
  10. Does the subscription renew automatically?
    • No.
  11. How can I send my feedback from within the app?
    • Go to setting section and either send us an email using the Contact Us option or send us a feedback using the Feedback option available.
  12. How to logout of the app?
    • Click the "settings" button at the Top left corner of the screen and select the option "Log Out".
  13. What happens if the subscriber changes his SIM card to another Vodafone SIM & to different operator or port out?
    • If the SIM is changed, user will not be able to continue with the subscription. In this case customer will have to register and then subscribe (pay) again. The user account is maintained from their phone number and IMEI of the device, so if this is not matched with our backend then we will log out the user.
  14. Can I use the app while roaming?
    • When subscriber leaves Qatar, he/she will not be able to use the app.
  15. What are the options for customers who are able to cast but facing a resolution issue on TV?
    • The resolution of streams is chosen in such a way that it provides the optimum visual resolution for mobile devices but may not be high enough for casting on TV for TV channels. We may bring higher resolution streams in future if there is higher demands for casting in TV as premium products.
  16. Is Video on Demand (VOD) available in Shoof?
    • Yes, we have huge content library for Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam user from different partners.
