iPhone 13 Preorder FAQs

  1. What is the difference of the new iPhone 13 series that will be available for pre orders compared to the one that was launched last year?
    Apple is introducing this year, the new stunning Green finishes for the iPhone 13 line up – with the same sleek design and powerful 5G support. This is just an additional colour to the existing range that we already have.

  2. What warranty do I get when I buy the Handset from Vodafone Qatar?
    You will get an extended two (2) year warranty when you buy the Handset from Vodafone Qatar.

  3. I want to change the location, which I chose on the Pre-order?
    Pre-orders can be picked up from Villaggio, City Centre, Landmark and DFC stores only or if you have selected home delivery at the time of pre order. No changes can be made for collection location once the pre order was confirmed.

  4. I cannot go to collect the pre-order, can someone else go instead?
    Yes, however he/she needs to provide the original QID, SMS, and order receipt.

  5. I did not get my Pre-order email/SMS, what do I do?
    You can verify your order in the store on the launch day with the order receipt given at the time of pre order.

  6. How can I cancel my pre order?
    You can chat with us through My Vodafone App or visit any Vodafone store to request for cancellation. In case of cancellation due to any reason, your full payment will be refunded within 14 working days. The amount will be fully transferred to the card you used when you pre ordered the Handset.

  7. Can I change my device selection for a different model after placing the order or during the delivery?
    You cannot change the specifications of your pre-order (change of colours, of models, of capacity, etc) once it was concluded online.

  8. Until when can I pre order?
    The pre order for the new iPhones will be open until the 23rd March, 2022.

  9. Can I Trade in an old device to pre order the new iPhone SE and iPhone 13 device?
    This service is not yet available during the pre-order period. We will send a communication in our website and in our Social Media accounts once Trade in is available for this newly-announced device.
