This is a new international promotion for all Vodafone Prepaid customers. For a weekly fee of QR0.5 you can make calls to more than 100 countries for just 65Dhs/min. You need to just dial*200*260# to activate it from your Vodafone mobile.
This is available to all new and existing Vodafone Prepaid customers calling more than 100 countries included in this promotion.
Once you activate the special international rate, it will stay on your account and will automatically renew every 7 days, provided you have enough credit to pay the weekly charges.
To stop the special international rate from renewing you must cancel the promotion by dialling *250*260#
In all cases you will be charged the lowest possible rate.
Eg:If you have the India 20Dhs and also take the International 65Dhs, then all calls to India alone will be charged at 20Dhs but to any other country will be charged 65Dhs.
No, there are a number of countries that have been excluded from the promotion. More than 100 countries are included in the promotion including Nepal, Egypt, Philippines, Bangladesh, GCC and India. Here is the full list of included countries.
No, this promotion is only available to our Prepaid customers. This promotion is not available for our Postpaid nor Enterprise customers
You can check whether the rate is on your account by dialling *129# from your mobile. If the rate is activated you will see the offer and your current validity period.
It will appear as follows:
International 65Dhs expiry: [DD-MM-YYYY]
You can cancel the special international rate by dialling *250*260# from your line. When you cancel the rate then standard calling rates will apply immediately and the rate product will no longer renew.
Yes the weekly charges will be automatically deducted at the time of renewal unless you have cancelled the subscription in this rate. If you do not have sufficient credit at time of renewal, the special calling rates will remain on your account 'on hold' for 7 days and will renew as soon as you recharge with sufficient credit.
You will be charged the standard rate for calls while the special rates are 'on hold'. If you do not recharge during this 7 day period this product will be removed from your account and you will be charged standard rates.
