What is the difference between “Connect” plans and “FLEX” plans?
There is no difference. “Connect” plans will now be called “FLEX” plans.

What are the FLEX plans that we will be available in the market?
“FLEX” plans will replace the current “Connect” Plans. Below are the details:

What are the FLEX included in My FLEX plan?
Each FLEX plan has a set number of FLEX units which can be used for local calls, SMS/MMS, data or international calls. The FLEX rates are as per the below:
1 Min local Calls/SMS/MMS = 1 FLEX
1 GB Data = 147 FLEX – this is charged as 7 MB per FLEX
1 Min to India = 1 FLEX
1 Min to Egypt = 3 FLEX
5 FLEX = 1 Min to other destinations*

How can I check my balance included in my FLEX plan?
You can check your balance by dialling *130# or on the My Vodafone App.

Do I get a discount on a Star number when I get a new line with a FLEX plan?
Yes, the FLEX Plans have Star number discounts. FLEX 100 Plan has a QR1,000 discount, FLEX 150 Plan has a QR1,500 discount and FLEX 200 Plan has a QR2,500 discount on a Star Number.

What happens to my plan benefits when I switch to a different plan?
If you downgrade/upgrade your FLEX plan or switch to a different Postpaid plan you will lose all the un-used FLEX included in your existing FLEX Plan.

How can I control my bill on a FLEX plan?
You can control your bill by setting up a maximum spend limit on your plan. Flex 60 and Flex 100 plans have a default Spend Limit of QR50. Flex 150 and Flex 200 plans have a default spend limit of QR0. Which means that once you have finished the FLEX included in your plan and any other free or paid add-ons, you can spend only your Spend Limit on out of bundle charges. You can change the spend limit by dialling *161# from your Vodafone line or visit a Vodafone store

Can I carry Forward any unused FLEX from my FLEX plan to next month?
Yes, any unused FLEX can be carried forward for 1 month (bill cycle).

How long is my carried forward balance valid for?
Your unused balance is valid for 1 month (bill cycle) and after that it will expire.

If I carry forward FLEX from one month to the next, what will be used first? FLEX included in my FLEX plan or Carried Forward FLEX?
Carried forward FLEX have higher priority over the Plan FLEX and they are used first.

What are FLEX boosters?
FLEX boosters are additional FLEX that you can add when you run out of the FLEX included in your FLEX plan.

How long are FLEX boosters valid for?
All FLEX Boosters are valid for 7 days from the date of activation.

How can I activate FLEX boosters?
You can activate any of the FLEX Boosters for your FLEX plan via the *100# menu.

Can I activate more than 1 FLEX Booster within the same month?
Yes, you can add more than 1 FLEX Boosters to your account within the same month. If you add the same FLEX Booster again the existing FLEX from both boosters are added together and the validity is set to be 7 days from the date of activation of the latest FLEX Booster.

Can I use the Smart data rate on a FLEX plan?
Yes, the Smart data rate is by default added to your FLEX plan to enjoy a smarter rate for data once you exhaust your FLEX.

Can I use the Vodafone Passport Pack on a FLEX plan?
Yes, you can activate the Vodafone Passport Pack on your FLEX plan through dialling *110*110# to get 100 minutes to make and receive calls anywhere. 1 GB of data which can be used in all 79 Vodafone Passport countries and another 1GB of data which can be used if you are in a GCC country.

Can I use the Park my number service on a FLEX plan?
Yes, you can use the Park my Number service for your FLEX plan at a service charge of QR20 per month.

Can I add an internet pack to my FLEX plan?
Yes, you can activate an Internet Pack to your Flex plan through the My Vodafone App or through USSD via the *100# menu.
