  4. I cannot go to collect the pre-order can someone else go instead?
    Yes, the person who collects should provide the original QID, SMS, pre-order receipt or order confirmation email.

  5. I did not get my Pre-order email/SMS, what do I do?
    You can verify your order in the store on the launch day with the pre-order receipt given at the time of pre-order.

  6. Will I get the free Galaxy Buds Live when I buy any Note 20 device?
    Please note that you can only get the free Galaxy Buds Live when you pre order the Note 20 Ultra device.
