  2. What warranty do I get when I buy the watch/watches from Vodafone Qatar?
    You will get the standard one (1) year warranty when you buy the watch/watches from Vodafone Qatar.
  3. I want to change the location, which I chose on the Pre-order?
    Pre-orders can be picked up from Villagio store only.
  4. I cannot go to collect the pre-order can someone else go instead?
    Yes, however he/she needs to provide the original QID , SMS, Wincash receipt .
  5. I did not get my Pre-order email/SMS, what do I do?
    You can verify your order in the store on the launch day with the Wincash receipt given at the time of pre order.
