I want to change the location, which I chose on the Pre-order?
Pre-orders can be picked up from Villaggio, DFC, Landmark, City Centre and Mall of Qatar Vodafone branches and home delivery if selected during the pre-order. These options cannot be changed once pre order was finalized and submitted.
I cannot go to collect the pre-order can someone else go instead?
Yes, however he/she needs to provide the original QID , SMS, Wincash receipt.
I did not get my Pre-order email/SMS, what do I do?
You can verify your order in the store on the launch day with the Wincash receipt given at the time of pre order.
