Doha, Qatar, 22 April 2026: Vodafone Qatar has reinforced its commitment to employee care, safety, and resilience through a series of wellbeing sessions and a growing calendar of practical health initiatives.
Earlier this year, the company delivered two focused sessions that brought together over 320 employees: a Ramadan-focused session, in partnership with Dieture, centered on healthy eating and lifestyle habits during the Holy Month, and a mental well-being session addressing psychological resilience in times of crisis, in partnership with Eunoia. Both sessions recorded strong participation, reflecting the value employees place on practical, skills-based wellbeing support.
In addition, breast and prostate cancer awareness sessions were delivered in partnership with the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) and Qatar Cancer Society, further reinforcing the company’s focus on preventive health and early intervention.
Building on the momentum of these sessions, Vodafone Qatar is now expanding its employee wellbeing programme with a range of new preventive and capability-building initiatives designed to support employees' physical and mental health both in and beyond the workplace.
Looking ahead, Vodafone Qatar will roll out a series of targeted initiatives in partnership with MoPH, Magrabi, QLM Life and Medical Insurance Company, and Qatar Diabetes Association, among others, who will deliver workplace stress management sessions, eye check-ups, and general health screenings aimed at helping employees identify and address health concerns before they affect their wellbeing or performance. Alongside this, Vodafone Qatar will introduce its first audiometry screening programme for employees who regularly use headsets or work in environments where hearing health monitoring is beneficial, a proactive step toward early detection and prevention.
The company will also launch a series of physical and mental challenges designed to encourage employees to build and sustain healthy routines beyond working hours, contributing to long-term wellbeing and lifestyle resilience.
