We’re in this together. Over the past few days, we have taken steps to safeguard the health of our employees and community. Currently over 90 percent of our staff are working remotely, and we want to ensure that our customers stay connected and continue to have access to essential services - from healthcare providers on the frontline to critical government services, pharmacies, grocery stores and others providing vital services.
At our retail stores, a host of measures have been taken to ensure that we minimize our employees’ exposure while upholding our responsibility to meet the critical needs of our customers.
We understand the need to access important health information at this time, so calling 16000 will be free for all users of our network at any time.
Stay safe and be well to all - We’re in this together.
