  2. When can I expect to get call back after submitting the request?
    • You should receive a call from our dedicated sales team within 24 hours after submitting the request
  3. Where can you deliver the products mentioned?
    • Our team is covering deliveries all over Qatar. However, this can change depending on your product preference and availability of sales staff at the given time.
  4. What will be the timings for a home visit?
    • Our team is available 7 days a week between 8am and 10pm, however the time of booking will be agreed with you based on your preferred time and availability of the agents.
  5. How can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?
    • You can request to reschedule or cancel the appointment by calling the sales agents directly who will confirm the delivery time before the visit.
  6. Do I need to pay any fee for the visit?
    • No, the service is free of charge.
  7. Will you remind me about my appointment?
    • Yes. The sales agent assigned to your booking will contact you at least 2 hours prior to the appointment
  8. What will I need to get a new connection?
    • For Consumers, you will need your original Qatar ID in case of a Home or Postpaid connection. However Prepaid connections can be activated using your passport.
    • For Business customers, you’ll require your Commercial Registration (CR), authorized signatory QID and Kahramaa number.
  9. Are there any upfront charges for the connection?
    • Most of our products do not require any upfront charges. However, you will be informed about any charges if any by the sales agent.
