  • ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
    My.SSS welcomes you. My.SSS (SSS Website) provides its service to you subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By accessing and using our website, you AGREE TO COMPLY WITH and BE LEGALLY BOUND by the TOS. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time at: http://www.sss.gov.ph/sss/registrationPages/terms.jsp. In addition, when using third party internet services, you and the Service Provider shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS. The term “SSS” refers to the Social Security System and the term “you” refers to any SSS member or any user of our site.
  • DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
    My.SSS provides users with access to your social security records, including various communication tools, forums, SSS payment services, search services, online transactions and personalized content. You understand and agree that these services may include certain communications from My.SSS, such as service announcements and advertisements, administrative messages and news updates, and that these communications are considered part of My.SSS membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them.
  • YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
    You agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself or your company as prompted by the online member/employer USER ID registration, and (b) maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or My.SSS has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, SSS has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of My.SSS (or any portion thereof).
  • YOUR PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
    You will be assigned a Password and USER ID that will be used when accessing your My.SSS account. You are responsible in ensuring that your Password and USER ID is secured and that your My.SSS account cannot be accessed by unauthorized persons.
    You are solely responsible for any loss due or other fraudulent activities associated with the sharing of your Password and USER ID to a third person, or SSS shall be held free from any liability arising from access or use of the account by a third person, whether such access or use of the third person was with or without authority granted by you as the holder of the account
    SSS shall automatically block or disable access to the account in case a wrong password is used for five (5) consecutive times.
  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    The Information and Services offered by My.SSS may contain bugs, errors, problems or other limitations. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, in no case shall SSS be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business or personal profits, business or personal interruption, loss of business or personal information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use My.SSS.

Frequently Asked Questions:
  • Can SSS members pay backdated CONTRIBUTIONS?
    It depends on whether the member is making a mandatory contribution or a voluntary contribution:
    Mandatory Contribution (OFW)
    1. Same Calendar Year
      If it is same calendar year, the member can pay backdated contributions. E.g. in Dec 2024, the member who has not made any contributions for the whole year can pay for the full year from Jan 2024 till Dec 2024. A member can pay for the whole calendar year until 31st December of that year.

    2. January of New Year
      Once the new year starts, the member cannot pay for the entire last year. The SSS entity only allows members to pay from Oct to Dec of the previous year. For eg. In Jan 2024, the user can only pay for the period Oct 2023 to Dec 2023, but this can only be done until the 31st of Jan 2024.

  • Can SSS members pay advance payments for the CONTRIBUTIONS?
    The short answer is YES. Members can pay in advance for their contributions. There is no restrictions on the number of months to pay in advance. However, DT One has imposed a limit of PHP 50,400 to curb any fraudulent activity. This means that a maximum of 12 months advance can be paid in a single transaction.

  • Can the member select non-consecutive months to make CONTRIBUTIONS?
    No. The member must select consecutive months.

  • Can the member pay the CONTRIBUTION for same month twice?
    No. Such a transaction would be rejected. If the member has paid contribution for Jan-2024 and later in the year tries to pay from Jan-2024 till Apr-2024, this transaction would be rejected because there is a duplicated payment for Jan-2024.
