Vodafone Qatar Shortlisted in Seven Categories for the Middle East Call Centre Awards 2011

17 May, 2011: VodafoneQatar announced that it has been shortlisted in seven categories for the Middle East Call Centre Awards 2011. The categories are:


1.       Call Centre of theYear

2.       Best Large CallCentre

3.       Best Quality Assurance Program

4.       Best Retention and Motivation Program

5.       Best Career andSkills Path

6.       Call Centre Manager Of The Year

7.       Voice of the Customer


At the Middle East Call Centre Awards 2010, Vodafone received the awards forthe Best Call Centre of the Year, Best Career and SkillsPath and the Best Recruitment Programme. The awards were won when Vodafone hadbeen in operations for just 1 year which is testament to the high quality customer service that Vodafone delivers.
