- Q. What is the International Calling Card 25?
- A:The International 25 Card gives you 51 minutes of international calling to 15 countries (see below for country listing). The International 25 Card minutes are valid for 30 days and can be used by both Red and Freedom customers. You don’t need to have any other value on your Red or Freedom plan in order to use this card.
- Q. What countries can you call using the International 25 Card?
- A:The International 25 Card gives you 51 minutes of voice calls to the following 15 countries with a rate of 49 Dhs/min: Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, Bahrain, U.A.E, and Saudi Arabia.
- Q. Why isn’t my country included in the 15 eligible calling destinations?
- A:If your country is not amongst the ones listed, please note that in most cases, calls to other destinations cost much more to us and therefore we cannot offer the same low price to all countries. At Vodafone we seek to make a world of difference for all people in Qatar, and we will continuously take action to ensure you are provided with the best value.
- Q. What other services will I be able to use with the International 25 Card?
- A:International 25 Card gives you 51 minutes of voice calls to the following destinations: Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, Bahrain, U.A.E, Saudi Arabia. To use any other Vodafone service or to make any calls to any other destination, the balance will be deducted from your regular Red or Freedom credit.
- Q. Will minutes be deducted from the International 25 Card or my Red or Freedom plan?
- A:Calls to the countries included in the International 25 Card will be deducted from the International 25 Card until the included minutes are used up or expired. Calls made to other countries (other than the 15 countries listed here), or after your International 25 Card minutes have expired, will be deducted from your Red or Freedom credit.
