What will happen to my old Mobile Internet Plan?

Your plan will remain available to use until all your MB allowance has been used up or expires. If you would like to purchase one of our new Mobile Internet Add-ons when you get your new Freedom Plan please call Customer Care Team on 111.

What will the price of my new Freedom Plan be?

For many customers there will be little or no change in price. In this case we’ll move you to the new Freedom Plan that matches your current one.
For customers who have voice and data plans, we will call you to explain what is changing and how it will affect you. If we are unable to contact you, in the majority of cases, we will move you to a plan of equal or lesser price than you are currently paying. We will also send you a SMS to inform you of the changes.
