  • Q. What is *100#?
    • A:You can dial *100# to check your balance, activate a scratch card, activate or deactivate your voicemail or to forward calls.
  • Q. How can I check my balance using *100#?
    • A:Dial *100# and choose Check Balance. You will receive a SMS with your balance shortly after.
  • Q. How can I activate a scratch card?
    • A: Dial *100# and choose Activate scratch card. You will then be asked to enter the scratch card number. If the scratch card’s number is valid, then the balance will be applied to your account.
  • Q. What should I do if the scratch card doesn’t work?
    • A:Enter the card number again, or dial 111 for Customer Care help.
  • Q. How can I activate my Voicemail?
    • A:After dialling *100#, choose Voicemail Settings. Then choose Voicemail On / Missed Calls On to activate your Voicemail.
  • Q. How do I deactivate my Voicemail?
    • A:You can deactivate your Voicemail notifications, by dialling *100#. Choose Voicemail Settings and then Voicemail Off/ Missed Calls On.
  • Q. What other setting are in the Voicemail Setting?
    • A:You are able to check your current Voicemail status in the Voicemail Settings menu. In addition, you have the ability to control your Voicemail and your Missed Call notifications.
  • Q. What are Missed Calls?
    • A:Missed Calls is the service that sends SMS notification messages whenever you get a missed a call. Most phones include an automatic missed call notification. However, the advantage of our missed call notification is you receive a message informing you about your missed call when you turn your phone on, for example when you’re flying. You can deactivate your missed calls notification by dialling *100#. Choose Voicemail Settings and then Voicemail Off/ Missed Calls Off, or Voicemail On/ Missed Calls Off.
  • Q. What is Call Forwarding?
    • A:Call Forwarding is the ability to forward your calls to another number all the time, when you are already on a call, when you don’t answer/ignore a call, or if you aren’t able to be reached (for example if your phone is turned off).
  • Q. How do I activate Call Forwarding?
    • A:Just dial *100# and choose Call Forwarding. You will then receive a menu of choices of which calls you would like to forward.
  • Q. Can I deactivate Call Forwarding?
    • A:Yes, all you have to do is dial *100#, choose Call Forwarding. Then choose Turn off Call Forwarding.
