How to get set-up

To get started you will need to set-up a Vodafone Money Account.

New customers:

Setting up your Vodafone Money Account and VMT is quick and easy, all it takes is your Qatari ID or Residence Permit. So visit us at one of our retail stores and we’ll help get you started.

If you are purchasing online, click the Add Vodafone Money Account option in the shopping cart.

Already a customer:

If you’re already a Vodafone customer, all you need to do is swap your current SIM card for the latest version, which is free of charge.

Once your Vodafone Money Account is set-up you can load money onto your phone at any Vodafone Cash Outlet or by Direct Debit from your bank account.

Once you’ve set up your security PIN number you can begin sending money using VMT.

Simple instructions will guide you through the transfer process and you’ll receive SMS confirmation messages for all your completed transactions. You can even request your balance or a mini statement from the Vodafone Money Account menu on your phone, anytime you like.
