App Card FAQs

Q. How can I search for more apps?
- A:You can only use the credits towards the apps you see when you log in, as these apps are the ones included under this offer. If you would like to download other apps, you can search for them on Blackberry App World, but you will not be able to use the credit available from the Blackberry App Card from Vodafone.

Q. I cannot open the website?

You can verify this by going to the browser options and making sure the Default Browser is set to 'Internet Browser' and Browser Identification is set to 'Blackberry'. You can also try clearing your browser history and cache. If you are not able to browse at all, there might be an issue with your network, try connecting using Wi-Fi instead or call your service provider.

Q. Why can't I activate or download an app?
- A:Troubleshooting Steps:
- Your device permissions may not be set correctly. Please go to your application options and click Edit Permissions. Make sure everything is set to 'Allow'.
- Power-cycle your device: Perform a battery pull and try downloading/activating the app again.
- The download/activation could be failing due to a the fact that you are in an area without data coverage. Move to an area with coverage and re-try.
