Vodafone Group Plc – the world's leading international mobile communications group with approximately 315 million proportionate customers as at 30 June 2009. Vodafone currently has equity interests in 31 countries across five continents and around 40 partner networks worldwide.

The Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development - founded in 1995 by His Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, and chaired by Her Highness Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al Missned. Qatari institutional investors appointed by the Qatari Government.

100% of the share capital is listed on the Qatar Exchange and is open to local and foreign investors with no restrictions.
