Q. What are plans?
- A:Pricing plans offer you incredible value. Most plans come packed with bonus value and loads of free Vodafone minutes. The bigger the plan the more value you can expect. In addition all our customers with an active plan get 10MB of Free Mobile Internet every month!

Q. What are Vodafone minutes?
- A:Vodafone Minutes are minutes that you can use to make domestic calls to another Vodafone Qatar Number free of charge.
+ Your Vodafone Minutes for all plans have a validity of 60 days.

Q. How often will I be charged for a plan and how do I pay?
- A:Freedom Plans are designed to automatically pay for your plan directly from your credit card or bank account. Your Freedom account will be charged 30 days after your last purchase. If the value on your plan runs out before then, we’ll automatically add another plan on for you. At day 30, any value that remains on your plan will be rolled over for another month. This includes your free Vodafone minutes. The amount that you will be charged for depends on which Freedom plan you have purchased (Example: For a Freedom 220 your monthly charge will be QR220).

Q. How will I know if my value is running low?
- A:We’ll send you an SMS to let you know when you’ve used 80% of your plan. You can also check your account balance at any time by dialling *129#, which will display your account balance on your mobile screen.

Q. How long does my plan last?
- A:All Red and Freedom 20 plans and above will last for 30 days. If you still have value left after 30 days it will be carried over for another 30 days. At the end of the second 30 day period any unused value will expire. Red 10 plans are valid for 15 days, after which any unused value will expire.
