If you’re a customer with a special needs
card from the Qatar Society for the Rehabilitation of Special Needs, you can
purchase the below postpaid plans with a 50% discount. You can also redeem a
10% discount on any of the handsets we carry*.
If you’re a customer with a retirement card
from the Qatar General Retirement and Social Insurance Authority, you can
purchase the below postpaid plans with a 50% discount.
Vodafone for All is our programme to support people
with disabilities with special offers and services.
The programme offers the following:
- 50% discount on Red M, L, XL or Red Qatari Postpaid Plans- 10% discount on all our handsets - Priority service area in our flagship stores in City Center, Villagio
and Land Mark- Red Team delivery and pick up service- Trained staff to provide to training customers on using handset
accessibility features available to support people with disabilities.
The special offers on the Postpaid Plans (Offer) have the following benefits:
To redeem this offer the Customer
- A valid
Special Needs Card issued by the Qatar Society for the Rehabilitation of
Special Needs (QSRSN), along with a matching Qatar ID at the time of purchase
(Eligible Customer). Only the Special Needs Card holder himself, whose name is
printed on the Card, is eligible to redeem the Offer.
- A valid
Retirement Card from the General Retirement and Social Insurance Authority,
along with a matching Qatar ID at the time of purchase (Eligible Customer).
Only the Retirement Card holder himself, whose name is printed on the Card, is
eligible to redeem the Offer. This applies to holders of civil retirement card,
military retirement card, and employee card of the General Retirement and
Social Insurance Authority.
If the Eligible
Customer cannot physically attend the Vodafone store to purchase the Plan he
can authorise a family member (by completing Vodafone letter of authorisation,
and upon presentation of the nominated person’s Qatari identity document) to
act on his behalf. Letter of Authorization template is available at all our
Eligible Customer redeems the offer, this offer is valid for the life of the
Eligible Customer. However, this Offer
will be terminated in the following circumstances:
(a) Customer is no longer registered with QSRSN or National Retirement
(b) Customer changes his Plan other than the postpaid plans included in the
(c) Customer defaults and does not pay their dues
(d) Customer transfers the number to another name or operator
migrates from Postpaid to Prepaid.
Customers can choose to purchase only the Postpaid plan discount or the handset
discount, and they also can purchase both together.
The Eligible Customer is entitled to only one discount
on one of the postpaid plans included in the Offer.
The Eligible Customer is only entitled to the Handset
Discount once every six (6) months and must be a member of a Plan at the time
Offer is not transferrable and cannot be combined with
other discounts or exchanged for cash.
