- The date of purchase of your phone is more than the length of warranty period of your phone e.g. your iPhone was bought over 1 year ago- The fault you are experiencing is not covered by warranty
We do not backup your data on your device, so it is important that you back up all data before the replacement service takes place. You are responsible for your data.
The replacement is free of charge as long as the following is true:
- Your phone was bought through an approved Vodafone channel- Your phone is within the warranty period- The fault is covered by warranty
Otherwise, a paid out-of-warranty service is offered, if available.
