Paying for your order

There are two payment choices available

1) Payment using a Credit Card:

To use this option you need a valid Credit Card that can make online transactions. If you’re not sure whether your Credit Card can make online transactions, please contact your issuing bank and ask them to activate this option for your card.

2) Payment by Cash on delivery (subject to restrictions)

You pay cash to the courier when you receive or pick up the package. This option may not be available if your order does not qualify for cash on delivery.

Other things you should know:

  • You will be asked to present the credit card used for this transaction when receiving your order. This measure is only for verification purposes. No charge will be applied to the credit card.
  • We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards
  • Debit cards are NOT currently accepted
  • There is NO fee for paying with your Credit Card
  • All transactions are made though a secure and encrypted HTTPS connection

Refunds

  • For orders paid by Credit Card

Any purchase made on the Vodafone Online Store and paid by credit card will be refunded as credit back to the credit card used for that particular transaction. No cash, cheque or other money transfer method will be provided as a refund. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to reach your credit card.

  • For cash on delivery orders

Any purchase made on the Vodafone Online Store and paid with cash on delivery will be refunded by bank transfer to the customer’s bank account. When claiming a refund the customer is required to provide a valid bank account to which Vodafone shall wire transfer the refund. Please allow 15 working days for the money to reach the bank account.

Deliveries of online orders

When you order from our online store you can select one of the these convenient delivery options:

  • New! Order a Number online and go collect it from any store immediately! No need to wait! Simply order your favourite star number & go pick it up!
  • FREE pickup from any of our retail stores - Your order will be available for pickup on the same day if placed by 12:30. If not, it will be delivered on the next business day.You will be notified by email or SMS when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Home delivery by courier for QR 40. We’ll bring your order to your home or work address.on the same day if placed by 12:30. If not, it will be delivered on the next business day. Home deliveries are FREE any orders with Postpaid plans!
On rare occasions, orders may take more than 1 business days for delivery. Rest assured we’ll be in touch if we encounter any obstacles and need to update you on your order status.

If you are not present to receive or pick up your order, you can have a representative do so in your place. You will need to fill out a Letter of Authorization.

If your order contains a Star Number and has any outstanding balance due, then you also will be required to pay the entire remaining balance at the time of delivery. You can do so with cash or check. In this case you will be contacted by one of our representatives to coordinate a meeting.

Getting back your money

For refund requests that meet the criteria above Vodafone will initiate the refunds as it follows:
