There is no charge for calling customer care from your Vodafone mobile number. If you are calling us from outside Qatar, dial +974 7700 7111. Customer care is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • How can I raise a complaint with the CRA?

    To reach customer care, you can dial 111 from your Vodafone mobile, call 800 7111, or contact us here. Should your concerns not be addressed by customer care within 30 calendar days from when you first contacted us, you may contact the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) at or on 103. Vodafone Q.S.C. is a licensed telecommunications service provider and is regulated by The Supreme Council of Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) in terms of the Telecommunications Law No. 34 of 2006 and the Applicable Regulatory Framework.
