  2. How do I get Vodafone First plans?
    Simply show your valid QNB First Credit or Debit Card and sign a consent form for validation at any Vodafone Retail Store or any Direct sales agent and our sales advisors will take care of the rest for you.

  3. Is there are any restrictions?
    You need to have a valid QNB First account to enjoy the plans.

  4. Is there are any non-telecom privileges?
    Yes, Valet Parking, Avios and FREE star numbers are some of these privileges and more.
    You will get to enjoy the entire suite of Vodafone lifestyle benefits, which includes an exclusive and personalised Care Team, Valet Parking at key lifestyle destination across Qatar as well as monthly Avios points.

  5. Can I subscribe to Vodafone Family plan only?
    Customers who subscribe to Vodafone First Plus or First Plan can add up to 3 additional Vodafone Family Plan.

  6. How do I become QNB First Customer?
    Please visit any QNB branch to be part of QNB First premium banking customer.

  7. In how many countries I can enjoy the roaming benefits included in my plans?

  8. Can I add Add-ons to my Vodafone First plan?
    Yes, you can still add any of the available Add-ons on top of your current allowance where applicable.

  9. My friend is not a QNB First customer, but can I recommend him to get Vodafone First Plan?
    Vodafone First Plans are designed exclusively for QNB First customers. To become a QNB first client please visit QNB branch to be part of QNB First premium banking customer.

  10. What is Avios? when will I get the Avios Bonus?
    • Avios is the new currency from Qatar Airways’ Privilege program
    • To receive Avios Bonus, customer needs to subscribe to any Vodafone First plans and then Avios Bonus will be given to him/her after the First Bill.

  11. What happens if I want to move my account to another Bank? Can I remain on Vodafone First plans?
    To keep enjoying our Vodafone First Plans you have to keep your account in QNB First.

  12. I have a QNB First plan but want to pay for the Vodafone First Plan from another bank account? Can I do that?
    Yes, you can pay for the Vodafone First plans from another bank account.
