How to apply successfully
When you click on the current vacancies, you will notice that it takes you to a non-Vodafone page. This is because Vodafone uses Taleo – which is a 3rd party vendor – as its e-Recruit platform. All the current vacancies and applications are processed through this platform.
In order to apply for a role in Vodafone Qatar, you will need to:
1. Click on the vacancy you are interested in
2. If you are a first-time Taleo user, you will need to create a username and password
3. If you are an existing Taleo user, please use the same details to login
4. Please make sure you have an updated resume saved on the computer you are applying from
5. Please make sure all the details that you provide are accurate
6. Please provide your updated contact details
Once you have applied for a position, please remember that the Resourcing Team will be in touch with you, but only if you are found to be suitable for the role. If you are considered to be unsuitable then you will not receive any communication. You should be able to know the status of your application by looking at the ‘my applications’ tab on Taleo.

When you apply, make sure the skills and experience we’re asking for are matched with the skills and experience you offer.
Step 4: Be prepared for the hiring process at Vodafone...
Your resume has impressed us enough to get through to the next stage. Now you may like to know a bit more about our hiring process. Don’t be nervous, we’ve all been there!
- English test, ability test or personality questionnaire
Depending on the nature of the job you’ve applied for and on the required skills, you may be invited to take an English test, an ability test or a personality questionnaire. These are written tests and will be taken at the Vodafone premises (see Step 5).
- HR Interview
You’ll have an interview with one of our friendly HR recruiters, who will assess your competencies. "Competencies" can be defined as the abilities needed to perform a role in the organization.
- Business Interview
The department which has the vacancy will evaluate your technical knowledge and skills, and whether or not you will fit within their team.
